Special Event Rental Policy


  • Room Charges include the total amount of time that you are occupying the room.
  • Rate Information is listed on the Room Request Form.


  • An invoice will be presented prior to your event.
  • The amount billed will be the same amount as figured in your rental agreement unless additional requests are made after agreement is made.
  • An additional invoice will be sent after your event if there is any damage or clean up that must be performed by Women's City Club.


  • The back door will be opened about 15 minutes prior to your confirmed arrival time. If you need earlier access to the building, please contact us to make arrangements.
  • Delivery of equipment/food must be within room rental period.
  • The room usage is limited to the main floor only. Our upstairs and basement are private, and for our residents.
  • The use of nails, thumbtacks, staples or any material that could damage our walls or floors are Prohibited.
  • Open flames or candles are Not Permitted.


  • Women's City Club will set up tables, chairs and linens according to your needs on the Rental Request Form.
  • Clean up is your responsibility
  • Wash tables tops and chairs with sanitizing solution (located under kitchen sink)
  • All food scraps and trash must be disposed of in the kitchen.
  • Put trash in the dumpster located in the parking lot.
  • Clean up spills and vacuum floors. Cleaning supplies, broom located in kitchen. Vacuum located in coat closet adjacent to the bathroom.
  • Return rooms to their original setup. If WCC is required to clean after your event, a fee will be assessed for this service.


  • WCC has complete table service for your use and table linens are available for a fee. For more information on kitchen equipment please contact Rental manager.
  • Groups renting the kitchen facilities are responsible for leaving the space ready for the next use. If further cleanup is necessary after your event, an additional charge will be assessed to your invoice.


  • Smoking is PROHIBITED inside the building but is permitted outside in our parking lot.


  • Cancellations must be received no less than two weeks prior to your scheduled event.


  • When a group wishes to advertise publicly its meeting place at WCC, the advertising should state only that the meeting is being held at the Women's City Club. The advertisement should not in anyway imply the WCC is either endorsing the particular views or sponsoring the meeting. WCC requests a copy in advance of publishing any advertising.


  • WCC will permit for-profit groups to meet and hold seminars in the building that are consistent with the mission of WCC. Direct sales may not take place on the premises during such seminars without approval by the WCC Board. Admission may be charged for attendance at such programs upon approval of the WCC Board.
