The Women’s City Club was founded in 1954 and has been the signature organization for women in Delaware ever since.  

Supporting Our Mission

Club members help raise funds for maintenance of the house through a number of interesting and fun activities. Recent projects include Festival of Trees, Princess Teas - a magical fairy-tale come true for all little princesses and their escorts, a Murder Mystery Dinner, Candlelight Garden Tour, huge Garage Sale, creating and publishing a cookbook, and more. Whatever your interest or talent, the City Club provides an opportunity for you to enjoy fellowship while helping provide means for us to house women who need our support.
